This is a well know car that has been run with the VSCCA for many years. It was owned by Dick Miller until his death 8 years ago.
Many upgrades have been made to the car since that time. Just about everything that could be done has been done to this car.
It is ready to roll. The motor is fresh with zero hours.
Motor -
BMC 948, steel center main cap, 1040cc displacement, custom JE race pistons, ported big valve 1275 Longman race head,
12:1 CR, Vizard SPVP4 cam, lightened timing gears, Aldon Red race distributor with Pertronix electronic ignition,
baffled sump, oil cooler, remote Canon oil filter
Cooling -
New extra capacity custom built aluminum radiator
Electrical -
rewired in 2007 with multiple fused circuits, 65 amp fused alternator, new Bosch coil, electrical cutoffs
installed on both ground and hot leads, 33AH sealed racing battery
Brakes -
dual master cylinder, custom Alfin front brake assemblies installed in 2006, rear brakes rebuilt in 2006, cable operated emergency brake
Clutch/Flywheel - Tilton aluminum racing flywheel, Tilton racing pressure plate and clutch, external slave cylinder
Transmission -
Jack Knight dog box
Differential -
Trannex LSD with 4.8 ratio, vented housing with aluminum catch can
Rear Axles -
Racing axles with double bearing hubs, sealed outer bearings.
Suspension - All new front suspension in 2006 utilizing Elite A-arms and adjustable camber control arms, new coilovers front and back in 2006
Fuel System -
New 8 gallon aluminum fuel cell, electric fuel pump and filter, modified HS2 SU carburetors with air horns and K&N high efficiency filters.
Other -
Full vinyl tonneau, roll bar with front and rear angle braces, full instrumentation, street legal,
current NH registration, painted wire wheels (6) w/ chrome knock-offs, many spares including 2 race prepped short blocks,
2 race prepped heads, straight cut gearbox.
